Internal Compass Story Small Mixed Belcher Extension Chain

Description

Handcrafted in 18-karat Yellow Gold, this 18" Small Mixed Belcher Extension Chain Necklace symbolizes the Internal Compass and Wholeness. The compass is comprised of the four major cardinal directions; North, South, East & West. The directions are in mirror image as a metaphor that it’s only with self-reflection can each of us find what has heart & meaning in life and then determine the next step towards it. Paired with our Petite Champleve Wholeness medallion snakes have been revered as talismans of rejuvenation, they shed their skin to grow; just as we need continued growth to find balance. When the wearer looks in the mirror then the right direction can be found.

Internal Compass

This piece is derived from the Internal Compass Tenet. The cardinal directions of our compass are in mirror image because it’s only with self-reflection can the right path be determined.  Only when you look in the mirror can the directions be properly read.

Compass

Continual process of adjusting course to align better with our life purpose and beliefs. Mirror Reflection.

New Beginnings

The cardinal directions of the compass each carry symbolic meaning. The rising of the sun from the East indicates our origins, the source of life, a fresh start. Each day is a new day filled with potential. The day unveils itself just as life unfolds for us. As the sun rises, the light shines and so do you.

Star

The star represents energy & divine guidance.

True North

The constant in your life. The “right” direction, the “right” choice for you. Mirror Reflection.
