Lunar Glass Tumbler

Description

All people have elements of ambition, energy, and fight. The lunar animals represented in the tumblers are a Rabbit, Tiger, Elephant, and Snake.

Rabbits are symbols of abundance and love.

A Tiger conjures images of fierceness and great beauty. Like the Lion, there is nobility, power & authority but the Tiger is also receptive and alert.

The Elephant is associated with wisdom, experience & good fortune. They are a matriarchal society, highly social and compassionate, and also considered to be a symbol of loyalty & family.

The Snake is valued as a talisman of rejuvenation. In order to grow, it must shed its skin.

Crescent

We chose the Crescent Moon for its Latin root, crescere, to grow. The Crescent Moon encourages us to get farther along our spiritual and emotional path. The Moon helps us to navigate relationships, it defines our deepest emotional nature. It gives us our intuition, what makes us vulnerable, what we need to feel safe.

It defines how we emotionally and spiritually grow. Lunar energy is restorative, receptive, representing harmony, balance, and compassion. It is the cycle of the Moon: magnetism, attraction, gestation, and manifesting. It is considered feminine energy/Yin energy. The key is to find the right balance of lunar and solar energy within yourself.

Bunny

Excerpt from The Velveteen Rabbit: He said, “You become. It takes a long time. That’s why it doesn't happen often to people who break easily, or have sharp edges, or who have to be carefully kept. Generally by the time you are Real, most of your hair has been loved off, and your eyes drop out and you get loose in the joints and very shabby. but these things don't matter at all, because once you are Real you can't be ugly, except to people who don't understand”. c 1922 Margery Williams
