Strong Hearts Wine Bottle Opener

Description

Created with our patented Strong Hearts chain design, this wine bottle opener is as much sculpture as it is utilitarian. Each link detail is drawn from a heart, ending and beginning with love. Yet, the hearts are still discreet—it is the overall strength of the design that is most visible. Bold but with an undercurrent of romance.

This wine bottle opener is finished to a high shine but not coated to prevent tarnishing. We intentionally chose not to apply a clear coating, because we appreciate the natural aging of brass and the lovely authenticity it adds to a piece. Tarnishing is a natural reaction that happens when certain metals are exposed to air over time. The degree of tarnish will differ depending on how much time has passed and on the moisture levels in the air. If you wish, you can clean the brass and restore its original luster by using lemon and baking soda or a metal cleaning solution.

The hearts are more like a secret you keep in your pocket... the love note your Mom left in your lunch bag... the romantic message tucked into the bouquet... a whisper of sweet nothings. Bold but with an undercurrent of romance.
