Upon FoundRae’s receipt of your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. We will send you an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Custom orders require a 6–8 week lead time, as they need to be specially made. If you’re hoping to have your order by a specific date, please reach out to us before placing your order to confirm.

For engraved pieces, the engraving process typically takes 2-3 weeks, although the lead times for engraving tend to run a bit longer during the holiday season. We can accommodate some rush orders on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out to us at clientcare@foundrae.com to see if we can accommodate your desired date. Custom and engraved pieces are final sale.
