Resilience and Initial Orbit Extension Story in Mixed Gold with Diamonds

Description

Crafted in 18k Yellow and White Gold, this Orbit Extension Story represents Resilience. The story begins with our Orbit Extension Chain which has free-floating pavé diamond beads that spin as though in orbit on alternating round and oval links.

Our Resilience Large Floral Screen Medallion drops 1 inch below the Orbit Chain from a removable extension link. This medallion represents the ability to withstand adversity and keep going. The engraved Latin phrase Dum Spiro Spero translates to, "as long as I breathe, I hope"— a reminder in times of adversity that the blossoms will bloom with abundance again.

This necklace story is further embellished with our Initials & Numbers Medium Initial Pendant. Crafted in 18k yellow gold with a round-cut diamond, the pendant can represent the first initial of a name, a special place, or stand for a personal connection to you or a loved one.

Resilience

Because it is worth pursuing a life filled with blossoms which continue to bloom, even in darkness, against adversity.

Blossoms

Wild, abundant, untamed, these flowers are fed with passion and continue to bloom even in adversity. Blossoms still bloom in darkness when tended.

Thorn

The thorn is a symbol of the risk we assume when we follow our hearts because you can't separate the blossom from its thorn. A juxtaposition of beginnings and endings, sorrow and joy; dark and light. Shown with a background of resilient dark blossoms.

Sparrow

We chose the Sparrow, to pictorially represent its homophone “Spero”, Latin for Hope. Choose to hold onto hope. Dum Spiro Spero: As long as I breathe, I hope.
