We are fortunate to partner with Every Mother Counts, whose mission is to make the maternal health journey — before, during, and after childbirth — safe, respectful, and equitable for everyone, everywhere. The bee is the symbol for the FoundRae x Every Mother Counts collection because bees are considered guardians of nature, known for their community, dedication, and expert teamwork. And what amazing things can be accomplished together.

This Bee Large Specialty Medallion is part of our collection of specialty cocktail medallions, a term that was inspired by the legacy of cocktail rings. Designed to draw the attention of a room, they are striking symbols of self-expression, associated with celebration, socializing, and glamour. Like the spirits they are named after, they combine a mixture of gemstones. We also developed a new textured satin finish for the background that allows the gemstones — and you — to take center stage.

The Blossoms Large Specialty Cocktail medallion features three symbols for Resilience: blossoms, the thorn, and the sparrow. Depicted in ruby, blossoms that are fed by passion continue to bloom, even in darkness, against adversity. But we can't separate the flower from its thorn. The diamond thorn is the risk we assume for something we love, for living life fully without reserve. The Latin word for hope, spero, is a homophone for sparrow. Hope opens the door to Resilience, reminding us we will sing and soar again.

The Ever Growing Love Large Specialty Medallion features symbols that represent the Latin word vivacitas, or life force. Vivacity encourages us to live a life filled with exploration, discovery, and learning. The diamond plus and minus signs denote a French expression: qu'hier, que demain, meaning ''more than yesterday and less than tomorrow,'' a phrase that speaks to an ever-growing love and an ever-expanding life. Two feathers, one in blue sapphire and one in diamond, symbolize wings so we may soar in spite of our doubts and fears. If not now, when?

The medallion are paired with the Festoon Bracelet, composed of a classic belcher link.

Ever-Growing

The plus and minus signs, in combination with two french phrases: Qu'hier, Que Demain translated as "Today more than yesterday and less thank tomorrow" representing the accumulation of experiences that produce more love, a larger heart, and a fuller life: resulting in memories of treasured life that builds, today more than yesterday and less than tomorrow.

Distilled from a couplet taken from the poem "L'eternelle chanson" that has stood the test of time and continues to inspire with even a single line of verse. Written in 1889 by Rosamonde Gerard.

Au jourd'hui plus qu'hier et bien moins que demain
Today more than yesterday and less than tomorrow

Symbolic of ever-growing love and an ever-growing life, each moment a gift.

Plus & Minus

The plus and minus signs represent a French phrase: qu'hier que demain, taken from the 1889 poem, "L'Eternelle Chanson" by Rosamonde Gerard - "more than yesterday and less than tomorrow." This beautiful sentiment is an homage to a generous heart and ever-growing love, a larger heart, and the accumulation of memories of a treasured life.
