Opal Care Instructions
Avoid immersing in water or contact with water in general to avoid cracking and discoloration. Avoid direct contact of these opals with liquid chemicals like perfumes, soaps, cleaning products, lotion, and cosmetics. Avoid extreme changes of temperature. Never use an ultrasonic cleaner or steamer.To clean, wipe with a soft, dry, microfiber cloth to remove fingerprints, dirt, residue, and oils. Wear over clothing to avoid direct contact with the skin. Remove when exercising and doing manual labor to avoid chipping/damaging of opals.
If the opals accidentally become wet, simply dry the opal with a soft microfiber cloth/tissue and let the stone air dry naturally for 24 to 48 hours. Any absorbed water will leave the stone and its play of color should be restored to its previous state without any cracking.
When it comes to storing your opal colorful jewelry, or even removing it at the dayÕs end, be sure to always store them in a dark place such as a jewelry box. Since opals naturally come from dark areas, keeping them away from direct sunlight will enhance its longevity and provide you with much more style. The shine and vibrancy wonÕt wear, and that sparkle wonÕt die down either. Since there is a bit of water in the stones, they are somewhat alive and need to be cared for properly to keep them thriving.

HOW TO CARE FOR THIS PIECE?
The biggest danger to enamel is cracking due to the impact of dropping it on hard surfaces. Wrap enamel jewelry in a soft cloth before storing to prevent the glass enamel from sustaining chips or scratches from your other jewelry. HOW TO CLEAN THIS PIECE?
Shine enamel with a microfiber cloth and lukewarm water. Apply makeup, perfume and hair spray before putting on jewelry, and do not wear your gold or enameled pieces in a swimming pool. Chlorine can damage gold, causing it to pit or become brittle. Gold pieces can be polished by your local jeweler.

Shipping
Upon receipt of the order, you will receive an order confirmation and a Foundrae team member will reach out within 1-2 business days with order updates or a tracking number. Lead-times vary by item type. We do have limited inventory in our store but generally keep stock of all core medallion and chain options. If the piece is in stock we can ship immediately, but if we do not have inventory, each piece is individually made and requires a 4-6 week shipping window.
- Rings require a 4-6 week lead time, as we do not carry all sizes.
- Custom pieces require a 6-8 week shipping window once artwork has been approved.
Please inquire if there is a greater urgency to the timing of the delivery. We wish to accommodate customer’s delivery requests if it’s in our ability.
You can choose to cancel your order within 24 hours of receipt of shipping window notice. If we do not receive a notice of cancellation within 24 hours, we will go forward with production and the return policy will apply.

Domestic Shipping Options
Domestic orders are shipped FedEx insured 2-day for free with a minimum purchase of $1000. All orders under $1000 will ship at a $20 flat rate.
Domestic orders also have the option for Fedex insured overnight at a $30 flat rate.
All shipments are subject to payment in full by customer. We will send you an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
All packages are insured and your order confirmation email will note whether a signature is required at the time of delivery.
We offer same day delivery via messenger service for orders located in New York City ONLY for a $20 flat rate. For same day messenger delivery, orders should be placed before 4:30 pm in order to receive the same day. All messenger orders after 4:30 pm will be delivered the next day.
International Shipping Options
International orders are shipped by either DHL or FedEx insured air at $75 flat rate (shipping service dependent on the shipping country). FedEx considers all U.S territories as international shipments (i.e Puerto Rico, Guam). All shipments and duties for both DHL and FedEx (if applicable) are subject to payment in full by customer.
FoundRae is not responsible for any duties or taxes incurred by the country that we are shipping to. The customer is responsible to pay taxes and duties upon delivery.
All packages are insured and a signature is required upon receipt.

This piece is derived from the Reverie Tenet. Floating between reality, fantasy, and memory. Connect our conscious and unconscious. Seek out what lights us up. Seek what gives us energy. Elevated positive energy is the catalyst of change that allows us to reconnect and align with our souls to create joy. These symbols evoke, rather than just describe, Joy.
- Spade The spade represents the idiom "in spades". It's the energy catalyst, the initiator.
- Triple Butterfly Triskele The three butterflies together represent three winged souls of inspiration: Mneme (memory), Aiode (Music) and Melete. Melete is harder to define-if you look up that ancient Greek word you’ll see many translations: practice/occasion/dance/ritual. But, I see it as that “thing” that is particular to you that gets you into the flow where time has no end and anything is possible. Whatever that “thing” is to you-drawing, meditation, art… It’s the “thing” that allows you to find yourself. To feed yourself. That’s Melete. Together those winged souls of inspiration: Music, Memory and “your thing”… Will incite you to daydream, to create, to celebrate, to feel the rapture of being ALIVE.

In celebration of our own soul’s search for the light of our life purpose, like the Myth of Psyche in Greek mythology, following her bliss. Aligning and Re-connecting with our Soul; the absolute, undeniable, irrevocable connection with our essence. They can represent the defiant shout that our soul is ours alone to fuel and fire. It also celebrates the souls we cherish and keep close to us: a soul mate, our children, our parents. It is cathartic when grieving the loss of a beloved soul. It honors the birth of a new soul.
