Crafted in 18k Yellow Gold and an assortment of gemstones, the Custom Birthday Starstone and Temenos Inner Light Heavy Mixed Belcher Extension Necklace represents our Foundation.
Our Foundation encompasses everything we were born with as an individual, from our families to the alignment of the stars at the moment of our birth, as well as the families we create as we continue the cycle. It’s the platform upon which we build.
At the base of the necklace is our Birthday Starstone Medallion, which can be customized with up to five birthstones to celebrate our own origins or those of the people closest to us. Our stylists can help you choose birthstones — both the gems and the number of gems you'd like to include — and help you place them to represent your family or people closest to you. Each medallion is a unique creation, with each starstone connecting you for eternity with a love that is greater than all the stars in the sky. The first star features a princess-cut gemstone, while additional stars feature round-cut stones.
The necklace also includes the Temenos Inner Light Medallion. At our very center is our Inner Light, our Spark. Everyone has a Spark of light inside, and the most important aspect of our lives is trying to make the light a bigger part of who we are. The symbol of Spark represents our solidarity, the golden thread that binds us. Surrounding the symbol of the Spark is a Temenos made of all different gemstones. A Temenos is a boundary of stones denoting a sacred space. All things inside of the demarcated area are considered inside the sanctuary and cannot be harmed or moved against their will. The boundary doesn’t have to be physical. Whatever you need to signal that you have found the sacred space. The medallion comes with a connector, making it easy to clip and unclip so it can be worn with any chain.
Paired with the Heavy Mixed Belcher Pavé Extension Chain, the necklace also has a peridot baguette Heart Beat and a diamond pavé Heart Beat. Each has a discreet heart-shaped opening, like a little love note.
