Social Media
Like many organizations, we use the tools offered by platforms and social media companies for marketing purposes. This means that, if you are registered with FoundRae and also a registered user with a platform such as Facebook or TikTok, we may match your email so that you can see promotions and content for FoundRae on your feed. You can change your settings on those platforms at any time to opt out of targeted advertising and we don't receive any information about you back from those platforms.

We may disclose personal information and other information to law enforcement authorities and other third parties when We believe it is necessary to identify, contact, or bring legal action against persons or entities to protect FoundRae or Our customers, to enforce laws, intellectual property rights and other rights or when We believe that disclosure is required by the law or legal process. Although third-party or user-generated Content may be posted on the Website, the posting of such Content does not constitute FoundRae’s endorsement of the Content. FoundRae is not responsible or liable for any claim, including, without limitation, loss or injury to real, tangible, or intellectual property, violations of personal privacy or privacy rights, actual, consequential or punitive damages, personal injury, or wrongful death in connection with third-party or user-generated Content.
